4. SMS and text messaging program
Program description
Grow Surely Sàrl operates a text messaging program used to communicate with business contacts and prospects who have provided consent, including confirming interest, scheduling calls and meetings, sending meeting reminders, and following up on prior conversations.
Consent
By providing your mobile number to Grow Surely Sàrl, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile numbers are collected during a live phone conversation with a Grow Surely representative, or when a business contact provides their number directly to us by email or through a form on growsurely.com. In every case, permission to be contacted by text is requested and recorded in our CRM before any message is sent. We do not purchase, rent, or import mobile numbers from third party lists for the purpose of text messaging.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Grow Surely Sàrl does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Eligibility
The text messaging program is intended for business contacts aged 18 or older. Supported carriers may change without notice.
